Indigo Ellis and Chris Gardner bring an electrifying blend of Indigenous storytelling and musical mastery. At just 18, Noongar Nunga artist Indigo has already made a mark in the Australian music scene, winning multiple NAIDOC and WA Music awards. Her original composition Home beautifully incorporates Noongar language, and she has performed at prestigious events like Telethon, Perth Wildcats’ Indigenous round, and the groundbreaking Noongar opera Wundig wer Wilura with the West Australian Opera.

Chris Gardner, a seasoned guitarist and music teacher, has been playing for over 20 years and performing original music since 2012. He collaborates with local artists and leads his own group, Them Spacey Dogs. Together, Indigo and Chris create a dynamic, acoustic sound that celebrates Indigenous culture while advocating for mental health and inclusivity.

Indigo, a 2024 NAIDOC Perth Youth of the Year awardee and WA Youth Awards finalist, is also a passionate vocal coach, mentoring young artists. With their shared vision and talent, this duo is set to make a lasting impact in music and beyond.
